4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

Share access with competitors,Spam leads or customers,Violate any law (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM),Misrepresent your affiliation with Dexar360, Copy, reverse-engineer, or clone any part of our system.

5. Payments and Billing

All subscriptions are prepaid and auto-renew monthly or annually.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.Pricing may be updated at our discretion with prior notice.

6. Communication Services

Certain plans include access to SMS, email, and call features. You are solely responsible for:

Compliance with all applicable communication laws,Getting explicit consent from your recipients,Monitoring your usage and reputation.

Dexar360 is not liable for fines, penalties, or delivery issues related to your communications.

You may integrate Dexar360 with third-party tools (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Google). These tools are governed by their own terms.

You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those terms.We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues related to third-party integrations.

8. Trials, Data Usage, and Fair Use

Trial access and “unlimited” features are subject to fair usage limits.

Abusive or excessive usage may result in throttling or plan changes.Trials are for evaluation purposes only and may not be stacked or reused repeatedly.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexar360’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 90 days.
